  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery
  • Service Defects: If the delivered service has significant defects that we are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel the service before project commencement, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded immediately
  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances

Note: Refund eligibility is subject to verification and compliance with the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom Development Work: Once custom development work has commenced and resources have been allocated
  • Third-Party Services: Costs incurred for third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions
  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • Change of Mind: Requests made after 7 days of service delivery
  • Partial Usage: Services that have been partially used or implemented
  • Force Majeure: Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Request

Send an email to info@quickintsolutions.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may contact you for additional information or clarification.

Step 3: Decision Notification

You will be notified via email about the refund decision within 7 business days of your request submission.

Step 4: Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing timeline:

  • Request Review: 3-5 business days
  • Decision Notification: Within 7 business days of request
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 working days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Total Time: The complete refund process typically takes 15-20 business days from request to receipt.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms based on project stage:

  • Before Project Start: Full refund (100%)
  • Within First 25% of Project: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee)
  • Within 50% of Project: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
  • After 50% Completion: No refund (project considered completed)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@quickintsolutions.com.

6. Payment Method for Refunds

All refunds are processed through Razorpay:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made
  • Refund amounts will be in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable
  • International refunds may be subject to currency conversion charges

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

  • We will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication
  • If unresolved, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator
  • Final recourse will be through the courts of Ahmedabad, India
  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of India

8. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
